Astral Extractions
Astral Extractions is a mining corporation located in the city of Candares on the planet Castrovel. The company, using crab-like robots, is involved in the mining of corpsicum, a material found in the cliffs above the city of Candares. The company has generated significant profits after its technomancers discovered new magical uses of corpsicum, using the money to buy local leaders and votes to support their business. The mining has generated significant controversy, however, as the source of the corpsicum is water flowing through the graves of the local lashunta and kaymos population, and many feel the mining is a desecration of the dead. Traditionalist protesters have joined the Wallkeepers, an organization who attacks the mining robots.1
