Telasia, the Portal Grove is a city in western Sovyrian on the planet Castrovel that is best known as an aiudara portal transit hub that connects settlements across the world. In the past, travelers could pay the local Transarchs authority to access the tree-shaped buildings that house the portals, but today the entire settlement is under the control of the green dragon Urvosk. Calling himself the High Transarch, Urvosk jealously guards access to the aiudara and charges exorbitant prices for their use or else capriciously withholds access entirely. Elven authorities have attempted to wrest back control from the dragon, but are opposed by Urvosk's high-priced lawyers, and the threat that each of the buildings is booby-trapped with a thermonuclear device. Urvosk claims that some of the portals lead to otherwise forgotten, magical locations, and sometimes even hires adventurers these locations on his behalf.
