Lake Nehan

Lake Nehan is a large body of water in southeastern Asana on the planet Castrovel. It is fed by and empties into the Tarakeshi River near the lashunta city-state of Candares. The level of the lake swells every spring with meltwater until it crests its banks, flooding the city of Candares. Instead of building a dam, the citizens of Candares have built hydroelectric generators to take advantage of the annual increased water flow that avoids damaging the city.
