Korasha
During puberty, all lashuntas go through a self-directed genetic adaptation that transforms them into one of three distinct groups: the korashas, damayas, and the unbound. Each group is not only physiologically different and distinct from the other two, but also has a higher chance of developing certain psychological traits. Korashas tend to be more headstrong but are shorter and more muscular than damayas, and tend to be pushed to become explorers or join the military.12
