Tarakeshi River

The Tarakeshi River is one of the major waterways on the continent of Asana on the planet Castrovel, and flows in a generally southeasterly direction through eastern Asana. Soon before it empties into the Lemenore Ocean, the Tarakeshi flows though Lake Nehan and the lashunta city-state of Candares. The river is known to flood in the spring, filling Lake Nehan until it breaches its banks, flooding parts of Candares, and creating spectacular waterfalls that are used to generate hydroelectric power.
