The Sova is the name given to the leaders of the High Families of El who serve as the heads of state of the government of the elven homeland of Sovyrian on the planet Castrovel. They are concerned almost entirely with protecting the nation from internal and external threats and making sure the economy keeps humming along, leaving all other matters to the governments of the various cities and settlements of Sovyrian.
