Deepwater Prime is a terrestrial planet orbiting the star Deepwater, one of the five stars located within the Tabori Cluster nebula in the Vast. Like the other planets in the Cluster, Deepwater Prime was seeded with the otherwise rare metal siccatite by the explosion of the red giant Bori 6000 years ago. Its habitable regions are strewn with boomtowns and abandoned mining facilities to profit from the extraction of this profitable mineral. The nebula creates electrical interference that plays havoc with travel and communication, forcing those who live here to exist without advanced technology. The majority of its surface is covered by a vast freshwater ocean and thousands of rivers.
