Zeyther-3 is a frozen planet in the Vast, full of valuable mineral resources.1
Geography
Zeyther-3 lies in the orbit of two blue giant stars. It is subject to seemingly random atmospheric electromagnetic energy fluctuations known as the Coil, which manifests as fluctuating aurora-like ribbons on the sky that reflect on the surface ice, and can damage technology and result in dangerous storms. Beneath the ice are deposits of rare minerals used in the construction of specialised starship bulkheads.1
Inhabitants
Zeyther-3's native life consists of various bizarre species of arctic animals. Since Pact Worlds explorers discovered Zeyther-3 more than 50 years ago, the planet has been home to a small community of miners and scientists, who live in the domed settlement of Glimmershield.1
