Fallen Duromak is the most famous of the planets that were sucked into the Negative Energy Plane, where it was scoured of life but remains well-preserved.1

Geography

Duromak's ruined surface, though still tainted with negative energy, is slightly less inhospitable than the rest of the Negative Energy Plane, whose all-consuming entropy seems to have been slowed down by whatever pulled the planet from the Material Plane. Other astronomical objects that are brought to the Negative Energy Plane through various ways all eventually make their way into Duromak's orbit, but since they are not protected from the entropy (unlike Duromak itself), they gradually break down into meteorites that fall upon its surface. Any traces of civilisation has been erased by these constant meteor showers, which have left behind millions of craters.1

Inhabitants

Duromak is home to undead, devils and other outsiders who have adapted to the Negative Energy Plane; no mortal life remains on its surface. Intrepid explorers sometimes come to loot Duromak, but few survive to tell the tale.1
