Deepwater

Deepwater is one of the five stars in the Tabori Cluster, a nebula in the Vast created 6,000 years ago by the explosion of the red giant Bori. It is orbited by at least one planet, Deepwater Prime. Due to the nebula's continuous electrical discharges that interfere with navigation and communication, anyone visiting or colonizing the Deepwater system has to get by without advanced technology.¹
