Striving is the largest of the anacite megaplexes on the planet of Aballon.1 It is located predominantly in Aballon's southern hemisphere between the abandoned First Ones cities of Timeless and Myriad.2

History

Alongside the other megaplexes, Striving was founded during the Gap when the anacites spread across Aballon. Striving quickly became the largest of these continent-sized cities.1

Geography

The oldest parts of Striving are built atop a crater named Ascension, named after the ancient Pharaohs of Ascension from vanished Golarion, and the megaplex's undercity is also named Ascension. The undercity stretches from the crater to connect all parts of Striving, and is unlike the undercities found elsewhere on the planet in that it is a single, vast forge complex. Some of the best Drift engines and Drift beacons are manufactured here. The creation of these beacons is zelously guarded by worshipers of Triune, and protected by the Trifold Legionaries, elite technologically-enhanced holy warriors.1

Government

Striving is home to the Machine Court, which handles legal cases on the planet, the anacite government known as the Insight Array, as well as the holy church of Triune with its center, the Unification Cathedral. The area around Unification Cathedral is considered a seperate political entity from the rest of the megaplex.1

Inhabitants

Striving is perhaps the most advanced settlement in the Pact Worlds system, home to dozens of major corporations and thousands of private factories and forges.1 An entire town-sized section of Striving, known as the Theology Channel, is devoted to anacite understanding of foreign religions. It consists of hundreds of temples dedicated to the various religions of the Pact Worlds, including at least a significant structure for each core deity and various structures for lesser deities and demigods. Visitors can partake in rites related to any of these deities, including the demon lords, without fear of repercussions.1
