The Sea of Glass is an area that stretches for hundreds of miles on the northern hemisphere of Aballon. Thought to have been the creation of a stellar flare, it resembles a pristine, mirror-sheened, time-frozen non-liquid sea. Robots, programmed with the only task of patrolling the surface of the Sea of Glass, skitter atop the time-locked glass waves. Other robots mine the interior for precious gems created by the phenomenon. Various corporations interested in the Sea of Glass report that many such gem deposits are infused with fire and positive energy magic, imparted by the Sun.
