Constant

Constant is one of the nine abandoned cities of the First Ones located in the northern hemisphere of the planet Aballon in the Pact Worlds System, northwest of the anacite megaplex of Pursuit. It is currently partially-inhabited by a group of khizars who arrived after strange vegetation as hard as adamantine began growing and taking over the settlement. Even though anacites are forbidden from entering any of the First Ones cities by ancient law, they continue to fund non-native mercenaries who attack the khizars and drive back the new plant growth. These attempts have only been partially successful, as the plants still cover about half of Constant and the khizars are well entrenched. The khizars seem content to hold their territory they have taken and so far have not launched a counter-offensive.
