Year of the Data Scourge (scenario)
Year of the Data Scourge, a Starfinder Society scenario written by Jenny Jarzabski for Tier 1-4, was released on May 28, 2021. It is written to be one of three introductory adventures: The First Test, For the Factions, and the current year's introduction (of which it is the first). It is expected to be replaced in the series with subsequent yearly introductory scenarios.
“As they return home from a successful mission, a team of Starfinders are caught in the chaos of an ongoing digital attack on Absalom Station. Can the PCs battle their way through malfunctioning technology, hostile robots, and panicked crowds to help defend headquarters, or will the Society's most important digital assets be corrupted by the Data Scourge?
