Dredgers are Swarm components which serve as mobile tools, digging trenches and mines, or burrowing behind enemy lines to sow chaos. They work in packs, and can quickly alter the terrain of a battlefield to hinder the Swarm's enemies in large numbers. They resemble arthropods with a swept-back exoskeleton and three mandibles covered in hooked barbs, which they use to burrow through soil and cut enemies' flesh alike. Dredgers' eyes, located at the base of their neck and protected by ridges, can see in the dark, and they can also sense vibrations in the air with hundreds of microscopic setae.
