Dissolvers are Swarm creatures that use their thick carapace to shield smaller Swarm components in the front line. Two separate glands in their abdomen produce two corrosive, combustible chemicals, which are pumped out via two vascular conduits within their mandible and then combined, causing them to explode in a conflagration of fire and acid and incinerate the most formidable foes. Two horns curl back from the dissolver's body, but only serve to shove enemies away as a last resort.
