Neutral evil is an alignment that describes individuals or groups of people who act predominantly out of amoral self-interest. They act without remorse, and do not hold much fondness for regulations, or for spreading chaos. They often lack empathy, and can harm others for fun. Although they are capable of making long-term plans and working within a group, they will turn on both should it be to their benefit.
