The Shadeless Precinct is a small, partially-isolated bubble of the Burning Archipelago connected via thether only to the bubble-platform of Chroma. After the Burning Archipelago's discovery, the kasatha solarian Tyla Pon Jerretta Degix from the Idari converted the Shadeless Precinct into a solarian monastery, which is currently run by her grandson, Haddu Keer Nivianna. The Shadeless Precinct gets its name from the fact that the floors can be made partially transparent, allowing light to flood in so solarians can hone their photon attunement. Once a week, its students put on a demonstration for visitors, showcasing their master's techniques.
