Greenbelts

The Greenbelts is the name given to the platforms that make up the majority of the Verdeon bubble's real-estate in the Burning Archipelago. Those Greenbelts that continuously face the Sun are the home of light-loving plants that are given occasional shade by movable, floating plates, while the spaceward Greenbelts are home to plants that prefer the shade. This darker side is lit only by moveable mirror arrays that only reflect enough sunlight to keep the shade-loving plants thriving. This darker side is also criss-crossed by paths, streams, and waterfalls, almost giving visitors the impression of it being a wilderness.
