Church of the Burning Mother

The Church of the Burning Mother, located in Asanatown, is the seat of a Sarenite sect separate from the Radiant Cathedral in Dawnshore. Occupying the top floors of a massive structure, it was founded in 296 AG, just after the lashuntas mass-migrated to Asanatown, by Ada Belel, whose interpretation of the Burning Mother's will has grown energetic, outspoken and critical as she ages. Much of the lashunta population attends her weekly sermons. Recently, the Radiant Cathedral's leaders have been sending operatives to spy on the Church of the Burning Mother, out of concern about a possible schism.
