Chroma

Chroma is a midsized bubble in the Burning Archipelago, connected to Dawnshore, Verdeon and the Lucent Shipyards. It is home to all sorts of sports venues, including a zero-gravity enercycle racing track along the interior, and the Dazzle Dome, where wrestlers compete while cloaked in illusion magic. Each venue can only hold a few hundred spectators and tickets sell fast, but these events are usually broadcast to the entire Pact Worlds system. Chroma does not have a government by itself, and is jointly operated by those of other bubbles.
