Zyphus, an ancient god, thrives on fatal accidents, whether due to mischance or engineered ill luck. Each mortal life-ending accident empowers him, and mass accidental deaths bring him immense satisfaction. Desna and Pharasma are his main adversaries, as he desires no luck other than bad luck and aims to disrupt the measured fate of mortal lives. While allies with Urgathoa, Zyphus has little interest in undeath; his focus is on senseless death, with little concern for the fate of the victims' bodies.
