A vocal modulator is a cybernetic augment that contains a series of miniature actuators and hyper-resonant chambers that is installed in a recipient's throat. This grants the ability to change pitch, timbre and tone of a recipient's voice. This can help the recipient to imitate accents or to speak alien languages more accurately.
