A vocal modulator is a cybernetic augmentation that contains a series of miniature actuators and hyper-resonant chambers that are installed in a recipient's throat. This grants the ability to change the user's vocal pitch, timbre, and tone. It can also help the recipient imitate accents or to speak alien languages more accurately.
