A cybernetic arm is a cybernetic augmentation that is connected to the recipient's spinal column, exoskeleton, or equivalent body structure and acts as an independent body part. Even though it is made of ultralight materials, it still requires the recipient to be of above-average strength (in human terms) to successfully function.
