The Sentinel is an escort vessel designed by Ringworks Industries and sold to private companies to protect bases, space stations and other starships. Its gravity gun can also be used to tow damaged vessels to repair facilities or get rid of space debris, and its cargo can serve as quarters for important guests or prisoners. Relatively few Sentinels are produced and the stock Sentinel is incapable of Drift travel, so most of them are stationed in the Pact Worlds system, near their charges, and are only rarely transported to other solar systems.1
