Ualia is the head of operations for the Esowath Nexus, the base of operations of the Esowath Conservancy in Ukulam. She oversees the issuing of travel permits to visitors of the continent, while directing the deployment of patrols that search for poachers and other unauthorized trespassers. Ualia believes that being exposed to Ukulam's beauty can positively influence offworlders to support the continent's conservancy, and regularly grants travel permits to explorers from other planets with good track records.
