Eyes of the Ancients

The Eyes of the Ancients are three massive storms that have been raging in the southern hemisphere of Bretheda since before the Gap. Satellite imagery shows an apparently calm centre between the storms and faint signals suggesting that a structure might be nestled between them. Worshippers of Triune and Ibra both claim the Eyes of the Ancients to be a shrine to their deity, while sceptics posit the signals to come from a starship caught within them, but a ship would need a construction quality far beyond that of the Pact Worlds. Regardless of which hypothesis is correct, no ship has managed to navigate the Eyes or directly descend from orbit into the core.
