Neotophet
Neotophets are constructs designed as mobile prisons. Unwaveringly loyal to their masters, neotophets are favoured by devils and efreet to retrieve captives or punish rivals and dissidents, especially those that are not immune to fire and would suffer within its containment. As the neotophet focuses on its target, companions like guards or security robots run interference for it.1
Appearance
An improved version of the ancient tophets 
, neotophets combine their predecessors' magical aspects with technological improvements, like virtual intelligence and gyroscopically stable rolling frames. The neotophet has a nanotech mouth that can swallow anything smaller than the neotophet itself, and its lower body is a spherical containment pod that doubles as a means of locomotion, disorienting the prisoner inside as it moves.1
