Skyfire Mandate

The Skyfire Mandate is a small region located on an isthmus between the ryphorian-dominated Allied Territories and the dragon-controlled Drakelands on the planet Triaxus. For millennia, its military was made up of ryphorians bonded with dragonkin mounts who long served as mediators and were a bulwark between its warring neighbors. Since the advent of space travel, the dragons of the Drakelands have de-escalated the conflict and instead turned their attention to making money through trade with the other Pact Worlds. Left without a purpose, the military forces of the Skyfire Mandate rebranded themselves as an elite mercenary company called the Skyfire Legion, hiring themselves out to fight in conflicts beyond the protection of the Stewards.
