The Crimson Crew, as dubbed by media outlets, is a group of rogue android pirates known for targeting trade between the Pact Worlds and Veskarium, and interrogating captured crews about an unknown entity they call the Butterfly Matrix. While their headquarters are unknown, many suspect that they might have a cloaked base in the rings of Preluria, a Near Space planet with dense rings known for hosting chaotic organizations.

Members of the Crimson Crew are distinguished by their faces, or lack thereof—each member's face is a sheer metal plate resembling their ship's hull.
