Celita
Celita, formerly known as Historia-7, is an android mechanic who leads the Dataphiles faction of the Starfinder Society.1
Appearance
Celita is a pale-skinned, blue-haired android with blue conduits running across her face and a pair of antenna similar to a lashunta.1
Associates
Celita is the former protégée and successor of Historia-6, who was lost during the Scoured Stars incident. For most of her life, she was unaware that Historia-1 through Historia-6 were all the same person, who sees himself as Historia-Prime and has been using banned technology to successively transfer his mind to the bodies of his successors, adjusting his personality and subsuming the old mind in the process.2
Background
Celita rose into prominence by tracing the erasure of the records of the discovery and existence of certain Society relics to a senior Starfinder, loading a sonic feedback program onto his computer, and then confronting him for stealing relics. Historia-6 noticed her preparedness and determination, and recruited her into the Dataphiles. After her mentor was lost in the Scoured Stars incident, Celita succeeded him, taking the name Historia-7 as per Dataphile traditions.34
After Historia-6 was rescued from the planet Agilae-5 in the Scoured Stars, he went into seclusion to research the events that happened when he was absent, leaving Historia-7 to lead the Dataphiles. Soon after, Historia-6 (or rather Historia-Prime) transferred his consciousness into his successor's body, as he had done five times before, but this time he could not afford a period of solitude to fully suppress Celita's mind, unlike before, and her friend Zigvigix discovered that something was wrong. Meanwhile, Historia-7 discovered many discrepancies in Historia-6's actions, started to suspect that he might have deposed previous Historia iterations through illegal technology, and secretly sent clues to Zigvigix.2
With the help of Zigvigix, a group of Starfinders managed to enter Historia-7's mind and purge Historia-Prime's corruption from her mind. Having learnt the origin of the name Historia, she abandoned it and resumed using her real name Celita.5
