Alinoisoses are immense spacefaring aeons tasked with maintaining the balance between light and gravity.

Ecology

Alinoisoses travel the Great Beyond in search for imbalances, like a megastructure surrounding and sapping the energy of a star, a civilisation that discovered a way to manipulate gravity, or starships that employ gravity-bending weapons, then neutralise them with their ability to control gravity. Due to their shared concerns with solarians, remote solarian monasteries sometimes venerate an alinoisos as a mascot and use its likeness in their symbolism.
