Thosum's Vault
Thosum's Vault is the largest of the AbadarCorp mining camps and refineries established on the planet Thosum V.1
Geography
Thosum's Vault is protected from alien predators by gold-plated walls which gave the town its name, while the interior caters to the various mining sites scattered across the world.1
People
Every year, the people of Thosum's Vault celebrate a five-day festival called Goldfest, which commemorates the colony's founding, during which all workers (except robots) stop working to enjoy festivals. They are tight-knit and protective of their livelihood, and once assaulted a team of Xenowardens who proclaimed that their operations were endangering the fauna. Recently, the town has seen an influx of wealth and new settlers, after the discovery of ssarlithine gas on Thosum V.2
Security for Thosum's Vault is provided by the Vashun-Ka shobhads, who lost their ancestral home on Akiton to a rival clan.1
