Those Who Call are a splinter sect of Those Who Wait. Unlike their origin faction, the group believes that they should be proactive in bringing the First Ones back. Their plan is to call the First Ones back by any means necessary while also removing the current "illegitimate governmental institutions" to prepare for the First Ones' return.
