Pyric heliacuses are pyric undead made of skin, bones and flames, evolved from pyric revenants who managed to control the spiritual fires within themselves. With their mental discipline, they can bend fire and light to cut off their victims' heat and light. Heliacuses hunger for knowledge and often search for libraries or converse with other beings, which usually end up killed by the imperious, malevolent heliacuses if they fail to impress them. The more enlightened a heliacus becomes, the larger it grows, up to a height of 12 feet and a weight of 300 pounds.
