Prexian mutantspawn are horrific outsiders that are sometimes born when a victim of a pluprex demon perishes in an area suffused with chaotic and evil energies. They claw their way out of the corpse of their host and might vaguely resemble it, but otherwise appear as misshapen tangles of bones, sinew and tumours. The birth of a prexian mutantspawn does not affect the soul of the host, who can be resurrected normally.
