Ixo

Ixo is one of the five stars in the nebula known as the Tabori Cluster in the Vast. It is orbited by a single planet, Pan. Due to the nebula's continuous electrical discharges that interfere with navigation and communication, anyone visiting or colonizing the Veran system has to get by without advanced technology. ¹
