The Arcanamirium is Absalom Station's's most prestigious magical university that takes its name from a pre-Gap institution on Golarion. It is located in the section of Absalom Station known as the Eye, roughly between the Swordlight Cathedral and the Hamisfore Theatorium in the Kemanis neighborhood. Its professors treat magic as a science and train some of the best technomancers in the Pact Worlds system. Additionally, the Arcanamirium is a repository for a large collection of old and alien magical artifacts that still require identification and study, a task well-suited to a growing group of magical scholars who have no time for technology who are mockingly called esotericists by their colleagues. The focus of these scholars has been rewarded regularly when the study of these ancient magical items leads to new breakthroughs.
