Starward is a town built around the eponymous vault-tower on Hibb, and the headquarters of AbadarCorp Hibb.

Government

Starward's ruling Executive Assembly consists of seven members, five of whom are elected and two of whom are appointed by AbadarCorp. Uso is the most public member of the group, serving as an 'ambassador' between the bantrids and the corporations. The Executive Assembly strives to ensure that bantrids become equal partners that benefit from Hibb's development, and has recently fined the drow Arabani Arms Ltd. for exploitation.

People

In Starward, one can find everything from last-chancers peddling get-rich-quick schemes to representatives from various Pact World corporations. Starward is also home to Starward Academy, a flight school organised by the Executive Assembly for the purpose of training bantrid pilots, and New Possibilities Inc., a private hospital specialising in the removal of the sense of smell.
