Echo-7 is one of three admirals in the Stewards' Overwatch branch that commands their spaceship fleet. He is an android tasked with fleet operations from Akiton sunward, and has also been chosen to be a legate. He has an office in Bastion on Absalom Station, but can often be found commanding the Paramount.
