Cumo is a bustling port city located in the southwestern Skyfire Mandate of Triaxus, on a river delta on the north coast of the Sephorian Sea. In the black markets of Cumo, most trades are conducted in secure rooms or across encrypted digital channels through numerous intermediaries to confuse law enforcement, and one can sell almost everything, with one exception: no one will participate in trafficking of intelligent creatures. Skyfire Legionnaires benefit from discounts in most shops, who seek to keep them on good terms in case their protection is needed.1
