Jioh Station is an outpost of the Veskarian navy in the Diaspora, with a fixed orbit synchronised with that of Verces. It is home to more than 3,000 soldiers and a small fleet of short-range starships, and supplies and new garrisons are brought every 72 weeks. The vesk have remained entrenched despite numerous incursions of the Free Captains, for a reason yet to be understood. Jioh Station's location is not classified as a valuable asset by vesk tactical procedures, and what transpires there is a secret even within the Veskarium.
