Grenade
A grenade is a small weapon typically thrown by hand. Grenades can create many different effects, from simple fragmentation explosions to loud concussive bangs, and from simple gaseous emissions to extreme localized temperature changes.[citation needed]
Types
Frag grenade
Fragmentation grenades, often called frag grenades, are common grenades that contain a small but powerful explosive device.[citation needed]
Cryo grenade
A cryo grenade dramatically reduces the temperature within a short range, often staggering creatures susceptible to extreme cold.[citation needed]
