Author credits

I've added view/discuss/edit links to {{Creditsclose}}, which you can see on Rob McCreary (and other pages using {{Creditsclose}}. Is this on the right track? Should I look into ditching the full-page transclusions and let the author pages here diverge from PFW's? -Oznogon (talk) 22:41, 29 June 2017 (UTC)

I think the full-page transclusions are probably ok, but we might want to add <noinclude> tags on the sourcefiles to omit everything past the biography and infobox. This way we can still easily edit authors' credits, wiki-specific navboxes, and categories on their respective wiki articles. There really is no point in having two different bios for the same person, as it just leaves us open to having conflicting or out-of-date information in one or more places. But I do think diverging from total mirrors is best for both wikis as they might have different needs as the product lines evolve in their own directions.— Yoda8myhead (talk) 20:11, 30 June 2017 (UTC)
