According to Aucturn Asunder and previews of A Cosmic Birthday from PaizoCon, the term Aucturn does not refer to the nascent Great Old One, only to the 'planet' (if a Great Old One egg can be classified as one) that serves as its egg/embryo (which was destroyed when the fetus hatched). - HTD (talk) 15:14, 29 June 2024 (UTC)

Past tense

Should we now update this article's tense to say Aucturn was? Second Edition Playtest Rulebook page 247 says the Newborn "hatched from the world of Aucturn, destroying the planet in the process." --Descriptivist (talk) 08:26, 30 August 2024 (UTC)
