Ixcaliad

Ixcaliads are a mysterious species of outsiders that seems to have arisen during the Gap.¹

Appearance

An ixcaliad resembles an assemblage of eyes bound together by violet veins and gelatinous goo. It has no fixed form and can reconfigure its body if necessary.¹

Society

Ixcaliads pursue inscrutable goals involving exploration and confrontation, occasionally violent, across the Shadow Plane. None remembers or has records of their genesis, nor has managed to communicate with them and learn of their goals.¹
