Drift architect
Drift architects are outsiders that manipulate the distances within the Drift.1
Appearance
Drift architects are gaseous and amorphous. When at work, they often adopt a form resembling three interlocked circles, similar to Triune's holy symbol.1
Ecology
Drift architects deconstruct extraplanar material, like that pulled into the Drift by Drift engines, and knit it into the plane's essence, including in the city of Alluvion. They have been known to classify living creatures, constructs or starships as material to be deconstructed, leading to violence. They can travel everywhere within the Drift almost instantaneously.1
Society
It is almost impossible to communicate with Drift architects or learn if they have any ulterior agenda. They usually ignore visitors to the Drift, and more often flee than fight when attacked or provoked. Only followers of Triune on missions important to their deity or church have been able to communicate with Drift architects, who have proven to be useful allies, instantly teleporting the travellers almost everywhere in the Drift.1
