Djinn (sing. djinni) are benevolent genies from the Plane of Air.1
Appearance
A djinni is about 10 feet tall and weighs 1,000 pounds.1
Society
Djinni dominions are built in the air, where all non-evil creatures are welcome. Although gregarious and whimsical, djinn are also fierce foes of evil, especially efreet and their allies.1
During the Gap, djinn adopted mortals' technology. Some djinn, who enjoy mortals' company, take up residence on the Material Plane on or near gas giants, where the environment is similar to that of their native Plane of Air. Djinn nobles can grant wishes to non-genies, but only do this to the worthy out of tradition.1
